How to make

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

  • 190ml milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)


  • 1⁄4 cup (65ml) water

  • 3 tbs (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

  • 1⁄3 cup rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

  • 20g whole almonds

  • 3 pitted medjool dates

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1⁄4 tsp salt

  • 5-6 ice cubes
