BREATHE: Day 1 - Invite

Your first yoga practice is here, and it is a full one, packed with valuable invitations! 

BREATHE: Day 2 - Arrive

Today’s session shows us how yoga offers a sublime opportunity to create an abundance of awareness with your inner world, which will then influence your relationship with the outerworld. 

BREATHE: Day 3 - Anchor

If you are new to meditation or to yoga, this can be a bit of a challenge, so in this session I introduce a very useful breath technique called Ujjayi to help us train the brain and body to focus as one. 

BREATHE: Day 4 - Listen

Listen to the feedback that every gesture gives back to you. Rather than just doing the poses, or doing yoga, trust that practice really is an art of listening. 

BREATHE: Day 5 - Replenish

When we train our body to support deeper and more efficient breathing, we will begin to experience benefits that can shift, transform, heal, and center. 

BREATHE: Day 6 - Burn

Core work, similar to balancing postures, encourages you to take stock and embody the present moment as a way of creating sustainable strength and stamina. 

BREATHE: Day 7 - Synchronize

This program has depth. It asks you to sustain curiosity and extend a kindness to yourself that maybe you are not used to. Today’s session invites you to feel the love that you are and that you deserve.

BREATHE: Day 8 - Snuggle

Snuggling up to the role of the observer can change your whole life, allowing you to pause more, and notice your reaction before  making a choice on how to consciously react to that emotional cue. 

BREATHE: Day 9 - Balance

We ease in to practice today with a breath technique that can help balance out the brain and body. 


BREATHE: Day 10 - Connect

Remember this is time for you to get to know yourself better, stay curious about your truth.

BREATHE: Day 11 - Flow

Today we focus on the concept of flow, providing tools for practice that may lead you to explore the ways in which you may be working against yourself instead of for yourself. 

BREATHE: Day 12 - Drop

When you arrive on the mat remember you are there to experience your body, and your breath. You are there to snuggle up to your truth, what feels like home, what feels honest.

BREATHE: Day 13 - Feel

Lucky Day 13 invites you to let go of any quest for mastery or your desire to get it right, and instead focus on what it feels like in your body and on your soul’s journey as you breathe and move through your practice today. 

BREATHE: Day 14 - Space

We focus on creating sensation and space in the body, learning to breathe and move with efficiency, mindfulness, and even sometimes joy - so that when we step off the mat we can continue that practice. 

BREATHE: Day 15 - Enter

The breath is a doorway. We continue to build awareness in both body and breath. Notice what, if anything, is changing or evolving. Dive in, darling, find something new.

BREATHE: Day 16 - Discipline

We introduce some foundational elements for the next wave of this journey, as well as offer practice of a new technique called breath ratio, which are a wonderful tool for expanding your awareness and ability to control your breath.

BREATHE: Day 17 - Explore

How do you really know how you really feel each day unless you take the time to check in and explore?
