1 1⁄2 cups (375ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1 yellow peach, medium cut in slices, reserving one to serve
1 medium banana
1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs (20g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
20g whole almonds (roasted)
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for dusting
4-6 ice cubes
