CINNAMON PEACH SMOOTHIE

How to make

  • Blend all ingredients, except one peach slice, in a blender on high until smooth and creamy. 

  • Pour into glass, add peach slice and dust with extra cinnamon to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 cups (375ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 1 yellow peach, medium cut in slices, reserving one to serve

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

  • 2 tbs (20g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

  • 20g whole almonds (roasted)

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for dusting

  • 4-6 ice cubes
